No way. We're building your website off of a Content Management System (CMS). You can add as many pages and features as you want, using us or some other firm. There's a fair chance we have the best rates and service you can find, but we'll never tie you down. $350 will get you five pages with text and images, but the CMS itself can handle a ton of options.

When you purchase addons, you're paying us to do something that you might be able to do on your own, depending on your skill level. Having us do it gaurantees a professional product and saves you time, but the choice of hiring us is up to you.

No, we have a little something called "pride" here. As you will see on our portfolio page, we make websites that are each very unique.  We put in a great deal of effort to custom tailor the look of each site.  If you are looking for a cookie cutter website, you are in the wrong place.

We keep a super subtle link back to our website on the bottom of your page because it helps us keep the costs low, but if you want it off, you can take it off. If you need help removing it, we charge a $50 removal fee. Your copyright information will stay on the bottom of the site regardless of our link.

We can't start working until we get a deposit, it's a company policy. You can pay the deposit, as well as the final payment, by mailing a check to our office in Boston or by paying online. When paying online, we can send you a GoogleCheckout of PayPal invoice. We're not an automated system, although we function much like one, so you'll get to speak to a real person (via email or on the phone) before spending money, if you so desire.

Our preferred option is GoogleCheckout, if that's ok with you.

The sooner you can give us the information we request from you, the sooner we can get to work on the site. A regular site will take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. A 5 page information-only site will usually be done in about 2 or 3 weeks. In general, the more complex a site, the longer it will take. We move as fast as we can.  If you are in a rush, let us know ahead of time. Additional rush fees may apply, but we'll let you know that off the bat.

Just make sure your host runs PHP 5+, Apache and has a MySQL database available. Most standard hosts offer this, but you should make sure they have it ahead of time.
